Training and Development

Training and Development (T&D) is a cornerstone of MNATS’ operations, ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to manage air traffic safely and efficiently. MNATS offers comprehensive training programs for various roles within air traffic management, including air traffic controllers, engineers, and aeronautical information officers.

Training programs include;

  • Air Traffic Controllers: These programs are designed to prepare controllers for the high-stakes task of managing air traffic in real-time. Training includes simulation exercises, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training. It covers a wide range of scenarios, from normal operations to emergency situations, ensuring that controllers are ready for any eventuality.
  • Air Traffic Engineers: Engineers receive specialized training in maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading the complex systems used in air traffic control. This training ensures that engineers stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in the field.
  • Aeronautical Information Officers: These officers are trained in the collection, processing, and dissemination of aeronautical data, ensuring they can provide accurate and timely information to pilots, controllers, and airlines.

MNATS also places a strong emphasis on continuing education and recurrent training, ensuring that its workforce remains competent and up-to-date with the latest developments in the aviation industry.
